Service Description
A lovely walk out to the ford and back. For riders on and off the lead rein. Accompanied on foot. A geat introduction to hacking out. Riders must bring an adult to lead the pony if the rider is stilll on the lead rein or only just off the lead rein. Don't forget to book hat hire if you do not have your own hat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. The only accepted method of cancellation is via the notification form on the yellow pop up noticed that comes up after clicking the book online tab. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund. The yard horse weight limits are based on measured dressed ready to ride. For riders the weight limit is 12st 7lb (79kg) If a lesson is booked and the declared weight does not match the weight measured at the yard and the weight carrying capacity of the allocated horse, then the lesson cannot proceed and the lesson fee is forfeit.
