Alfie is the playful boy on the block. A real character, he is a chunky little man and an ex Burghley Pony Club pony with so much to give.

Bulby original, Buster, has taught lots of children to ride. His unique chocolate spot on his nose lets you know he likes treats.

Ex competition jumping pony, Shadow loves to flick his toes and jump and he is perfect on the lead rein. He has taught so many children to ride & it is so rewarding when you find the right buttons! Shadow is leased by Lydia and her parents.

Active forward going mare, Queenie, is suitable for more advanced riders. She loves to jump and is enjoyed by the more competent teenagers and adults. She is leased by Maisie, one of our staff, and loves the attention and the yellow 'gear' Maisie has bestowed on her.

Once a national medal winning polocrosse pony, Dino is now a steadier fellow, still keen to take his jockey jumping but sweet enough to be a lead rein pony with a great big mane that is ideal for the beginner to hold on to.

Beautiful amber eyed girl, Nell, is a good second ridden pony for adults and children wanting to develop their riding on the flat and over jumps.

Friendly flea-bitten Freddie is now a true Bulbyan, thanks to his wonderful owners the Hastings who lent him to us then let us buy him. He has settled in really well, loving teaching the children at Bulby. He is adored by and adores Edie and family who have him on lease.

Ex Burghley Pony Club pony bright bay boy Tip is established as a firm favourite on the Bulby riding roster. Suitable for teenagers and light adults to bring on their riding. He is an experienced competition pony who loves jumping.

A friendly first ridden pony who is already a great favourite already receiving fuss and admiration from the Saddle Clubbers with a lovely groom and tail brush. She has behaved impeccably in the manège and been seen admiring the beautiful chunky pony she can see in the mirrors

Thoroughbred, Akela is the not so new boy on the block who arrived last year from Wales. He is a laid back lovely mover and we are so excited to have him join the team. Our teenage and adult riders and more advanced younger riders are loving him. He loves and is well behaved on his hacks and he is good in the school. He is leased by Lydia and her parents and is loving the extra fuss.

Dutch Warmblood, Roberto is a retired advanced eventer, he was Open Pony Club eventing Champion in 2019. He loves the fuss and attention from the Bulby team and the Saddle Clubbers and is a staff escort horse for hacks.

Black Cob. Lady, on loan to us from Danielle and family, is a lovely leg in each corner fabulous lead rein pony and junior intermediate ride. She moves well and loves jumping. She is also loving the fuss and attention from the Bulby Team and the Saddle Clubbers.

Piebald Cob. George is a friendly leg in each corner fabulous lead rein and first ridden pony. He is a great addition for our younger riders to enjoy. Thanks to Lisa for loaning him to the riding school. He is such a gem.

Bay, New Forest pony Tweetie is a friendly fabulous lead rein and first ridden pony. She has taught so many children to ride and we are so glad Lisa is loaning her to the riding school. She already adored by our clients, riders and Saddle Clubbers alike. The Saddle Clubbers love grooming her.
Lily 15.3hh
Home bred Lily, is a Thoroughbred, who has had three foals, has returned to ridden work and has been building up fitness and has joined the fabulous roster of equines at the Riding School. Her work is currently mainly walk and trot with canter just being reintroduced. She has competed in British Eventing up to two star with wins right through to Novice She is ideal for our more advanced riders.

Retried top Pony Trials pony Spice, who was short listed twice for the GB team, and latterly having acted as field uncle to three year old Marco, is now back under saddle with leasing client Lydia. He competed at BE Novice level so knows all the moves and he is excited to back out hacking to the ford and back as his builds up to his return to flatwork. He will adore Lydia's attention.
