Service Description
This is time on the pony or horse aimed at children and adults just beginning their journey with ponies and horses. A happy time prepping an equine, riding out with with the instructor, child on the pony, parents accompanying (or relaxing on the yard or down at the local hostelry) or being the rider. Hat hire included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
