Service Description
This is time on the pony aimed at children just beginning their journey with ponies. A happy rideout with one fo the team, child on the pony, parents accompanying. Family chill time with the countryside equivalent of a long beach ride on the lead rein.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
