Service Description
Never ridden before. Not sure if riding is for you? If you want to pat the pony, help tack up, sit in the saddle and get a feel for what riding is about before booking a lesson, then a 15 minute sit on and ride session is for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
