Service Description
A fifteen minute lesson for little ones in our manège. A great way for young ones to learn how to ride. Children under four must have a leader leading the pony and a parent/adult/guarding to be a 'plucker' walking next to them to pluck the child off should the pony spook. .
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
