Lydia is a trainee instructor, who has her Pony. Club C+, equivalent to BHS Stage 2, who is part of the the team as a trainee instructor. . Supported by the senior team Lydia is offering teaching to younger children in her empathetic and kind. and competent way. Her bond with horses is clear and her gentle suits children early in their journey with horses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is given the full lesson fee is payable. This mirrors general business practice and allows us to manage and plan staff time. We charge a £3 admin fee for all booking cancellations. However, it is free to move your lesson as long as you move your lesson within the time frame of our cancellation policy. Please note: when cancelling a lesson / hack, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund. The yard horse weight limits are based on measured dressed ready to ride. For novice riders the weight limit is 12st 7lb and for experienced riders the weight limit is 13st 7lb (but there is only one horse at the yard that carries riders up to 13st. 7lb weight). If a lesson is booked and the declared weight does not match the weight measured at the yard and the weight carrying capacity of the allocated horse, then. the lesson cannot proceed and the lesson fee is forfeit.
